Guidelines: while writing your Teaching Cover Letter

Your name should be at bottom. Put a double space then type the name of the employer. Then, type the title (Principal / Director), school's name and school address, with single space. Put a Double space then begin with salutation, Employer name.
Type the first paragraph, with not more than a few sentences. Explaining the teaching position for which you are applying and the reason for applying. You can personalize the section by telling you have thoroughly researched this position. Here you can mention the accolades/ awards the school received to highlight your interest in school.
Your next paragraph of the cover letter should tell the reason why you’re the best person for this vacancy. Try focusing any specific and concrete experience you had which are most applicable for this job. You need to be very specific. If you’re going for a KG teaching position, also include any project or volunteer job you performed that involves young children. When applying for high school teaching position, you can add the scholarly articles, if you had written in any history journals, any association you are part of. Include the awards and recognition, if any. This has to be the longest paragraph of your letter, not more than six or seven sentences.
Then comes the final paragraph of your Teaching Cover Letter It should not be more than two or three sentences. Always be sure that you write the thank you note to the authority for the effort and time he/she has spent to consider your application. Lastly, put your name and signature written with black ink.
