See to it that you explain to them what kind of people you want to hire. To make things easy for both parties, you can provide job specifications and requirements. This will act as a guide for your recruitment agency to find qualified employees for your company. It is also important that you understand the hiring process. Finding people who have the right technical skills is quite difficult, despite the large number of technical employees in the country. Ask your technical recruiting agency to have someone with technical expertise to guide you through the recruitment process. Better yet, you can have your technical manager take part on the hiring process. That way, you’ll be guaranteed that the screening is done right. Interviewing is very important in the process of recruiting. Always ask your technical recruiting agency to consult you for the final approval of applicants. You can ask them to leave the final interview to you so that you can meet the applicants before they get hired or employed. If you don’t know much about the technical aspect of your production, ask your technical manager instead.
