Following the rigors of a substance addiction, detox, and rehab, recovering people expect to and desperately want to start feeling that serenity everyone talks about in the rooms. However, as recovery tends to be, results are slow coming. Most struggle physically and emotionally. Frustration can occur and lead some to trouble or relapse. The twelve step programs state that you don't ever have to feel that way again. Meaning, I understand, as you felt during active addiction.

No matter how you feel you must make meetings, get involved, and work your program. You can even access great online support. Many good and interactive sites are available at http://www.LivingCyber.org/chat.html. Unfortunately, even doing all this doesn't always bring about that sense of serenity quickly enough. Some help may be necessary. That assistance can be in the form of supplements. Nutrition has been proven to be a major contributor to people's sense of well-being. So, why not ours as well and why not assist in the form of supplements?

Based solely on my own experience and research, I've come to the conclusion that substance abuse leads to numerous nutritional deficiencies. The human body becomes dangerously void of vital nutrients. These nutrients play an extremely active role in how well we can actually feel. Some folks may need to provide themselves with all the vitamins and minerals. I suggest using the daily multiple vit/min complex supplement found on my site http://onlineshoppersmarket.com. Unfortunately, little is mentioned about nutrition and supplements during rehabilitation and support meetings.

In additional to the before mentioned multiple, the product SAM-e has been extremely beneficial for some. SAM-e is used to counteract mild depression and anxiety during and after detoxification of dependent patients. SAM-e is used in Europe in the treatment of alcohol related liver damage and cirrhosis. It promotes bile flow to aid in the digestion of fat. SAM-e also has been confirmed by several studies to be more effective in the treatment of depression, (not manic depression/bi-polarthan), than traditional pharmaceutical anti-depressants. I personally use SAM-e, the multi vit/min complex, as well as other supplements. These safe and proven nutrients are extremely beneficial. SAM-e is also available on my website located at http://onlineshoppersmarket.com. Give yourself as much of an advantage as possible.
