Some people find that being a loner is the easiest option. There is no risk of being vulnerable, disappointed or let down by others if we support ourselves. Being able to use the different levels of motivation allows everyone to reach their best levels throughout group activities. - It is necessary to manage the coordination of the Group's activities.
