There are many ways to express the Law of Attraction: • Where your attention goes, your energy flows. • That which you think about expands. • Like attracts like. • That which is like unto itself is drawn. There are a number of words or expressions that describe the Law of Attraction: • Out-of-the-bluern• Synchronicityrn• Serendipityrn• Luckrn• Meant to bern• Fell into placern• Fatern• Karmarn• Coincidence The Law of Attraction states that whatever energy is broadcast out into the Universe, is joined by (or attracted to), energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance or vibration. The Law of Attraction is the most powerful law in the Universe. Everything in the Universe is energy. All energy has a vibration, radiates a signal, and attracts a matching signal back. Thoughts and feelings are also energy. When you send out thoughts, there’s a corresponding emotional vibration, which then radiates a signal, and a matching vibration is sent back to the source of that signal. If you think thoughts of abundance, and feel as is you are blessed with abundance, that vibration is sent out into the universe, and you receive back matching energy in the form of abundance. The same is true if you are feeling and thinking thoughts of lack or limitation. If you are feeling that something you have in your experience is not enough or is not good enough, you are sending out that vibration and signal, and the universe, by the Law of Attraction, brings you more of what you think is not enough or is not good enough. The Law of Attraction delivers both what is wanted and what is unwanted, depending on the signal being sent out. You attract what you are vibrating out and what you focus on. If you are feeling negative emotions, you draw in a negative experience. Positive emotions draw in positive life experiences. You can attract to you only those qualities you possess. So, if you want freedom and joy in your life, you must feel what it already feels like to have freedom and joy in your life right now. Imagine what that would feel like, or recall a time when you felt joyous and carefree. This Universal Law demonstrates how you create the things, events, and people that come into your life. Your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions produce energies which, in turn, attract like energies. You are responsible for what you attract. The Law of Attraction, also known as Cause and Effect or Sowing and Reaping is, like all Universal Laws, extremely important to understand and implement if you choose to learn to purposefully and consciously attract the things into your life that you most desire. It is equally important to learn how not to attract those things that you do not desire. Many people are focused on what they don’t want, and with their attention on that, they create more of the same. The way to work in alignment with the Law of Attraction is to be aware of what you are giving your attention to. Whatever you consciously or unconsciously give your energy, focus, and attention to, whether wanted or unwanted, is what you will attract into your life. You can implement this law to attract the things that, in the past, seemed to happen only by chance. You must deliberately choose your thoughts and feelings in order to become a person that deliberately creates your life. You must know what you are wanting and where you want to go in your life, by consciously directing the power. EXERCISE IN CLARITY THROUGH CONTRAST…. Decide and be clear what you want, by looking at what you currently have in your life that you don’t want. Make a list of your desires. For 15 minutes every day, focus on how grateful you are about having this contrast, because it helped you gain clarity with what you do want, or maybe you learned something from those challenges. Then get in a good feeling place (sending out good vibrations) about your un-manifested desires. The next step is to let go of any attachments, and allow it in. Let the Universe/God bring it to you.
