A home based network marketing business is one of the best ways to achieve long-term financial security. Your first year with a new company can be challenging, but with the right tools and tips you can have success. It is important to have the right point of view. If you have the wrong idea about who you are, what commitment means and how to develop good relationships, then working harder will not help because you will be working in the wrong way. You may even have a positive attitude, but if you do not really believe that you can be successful you won’t be successful. You may know what you need to do – organize, talk to people, make a list, use the internet, create a plan, read books, articles and blogs – but knowing does not mean doing. Intending to do something doesn’t mean that you will do it. People act according to how they think about life, themselves, commitment, loyalty, communication and responsibility. Deciding to do something does not mean actually doing something. You can motivate people; but that motivation will not last unless you change the way they view things. Your objective will produce the means necessary for success. When your objective is clear, the means will turn up. You don’t need to know how to do things, but most people believe they must know how before they can reach their goal. There are a vast number of ways to acquire every objective. Since there are so many ways to do something, don’t worry about the method; just be concerned about your objective – is it to be accepted, to be correct, to look successful – or is it to get results? Ask a new prospect what his intention is – to get you out of his hair by filling out a form - or to have a successful business. Ask yourself what your intention is when you share your opportunity – just to say you found a prospect – or to tell them about your business. Search for ways to boost your intention and you are sure to find them. If you want to build an awesome business, don’t look for expertise or procedure; look at what is keeping you from really seeing the solutions. Great strides are achieved by seeing things in a different way – not from acquiring some skill. Accept other points of view, and when you start to see things differently you will discover things that you could not see before. Those things were always there; you just didn’t see them. You can’t learn a new way to see things; you must experience changing your viewpoint for yourself, and when you do that the possibilities are endless.
