Inspiring Quotes for Moms
“Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless.” ~Jamie Paolinetti

My advice for Moms is to take the time to breath. Really breathe. I just did a 2 week cleanse – an amazing cleanse, that I will probably write about in detail another time because of it’s incredible benefits. The cleanse incorporated herbs, yoga, meditation, specific foods to heal the inside “parts”, lots of warm water and breathing.
This wasn’t just any breathing, this was breathing that helped really get some amazing oxygen to your brain. This was breathing that helped quiet the mind. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I think I have a few people living in my head because of all of the thoughts that seem to float around in there. I constantly have a ton of good thoughts that have brought to the very place I am right now (delivery this motivational magazine to Moms), but sometimes too many thoughts to really focus on anything.

Moms, before I begin the next paragraph, I want to disclose to you that I am not a doctor, nor am I studying to be one. Please also know that you must take full responsibility if you choose to breathe in this way. If you feel dizzy, feel free to stop and of course, make sure that you consult your physician before participating. I did feel dizzy the very first time I did it, but then afterwards when I got used to it, it felt great to have a clear mind!

I will do my very best to help describe one of the breathing techniques I just learned and what this breathing was like. However, I would highly recommend investing in the Ayurveda for Detox DVD, which has this breathing exercise amoung many other useful information & exercises on it. So here’s my attempt to give you a preview of this amazing exercise. First if you close your eyes, that allows your eyes to rest and not get distracted. Then close your mouth. You do not use your mouth in the breathing exercise. Your mouth should remain closed the entire time. Now breathe in and out through your nose only fairly quickly. Do this 30 times (in/out counts as one). So in/out, in/out, in/out, etc. Each in/out taking about 1 second with very little spacing between. This is not deep chest breathing.

Moms if you get a bit dizzy, this is normal because you might not be used to so much oxygen in your brain. Then just sit and sink into your silence. Allow the thoughts to be quiet. By breathing in this way, the extra oxygen in your brain helps quiet those thoughts. If you hear yourself planning dinner, thinking about tomorrow or any thoughts at all, just breathe again in the same manner for 10-15 seconds. I was amazed at how long I could sit still and do this breathing meditation.
When you finish 10-15 minutes worth of this breathing meditation, you will have a very calm sense of well-being. In this state, you can be super laser focused and accomplish so much in your time. So breathe and allow the calm to take over.

Love is often described as a journey, but it is rarely a solo trek. It is a partnership defined by shared experiences, mutual growth, and the delicate art of balance. As February approaches, the air fills with the familiar hum of romance, leading many to search for the perfect way to express their devotion. However, the most impactful gifts aren’t always the ones wrapped in individual boxes. Instead, "shared gifts"—items or experiences meant to be enjoyed together—often
