This Is As Close To A Weight Loss Hack As Possible

I hate hacks.

They make you believe you can actually achieve the same results as others, with 1/10 of the effort. That's not how the real world works. And any plebeian who thinks this way is in for big surprise.

However the following 2 principles come very close to being hacks:

1.) Identify what you need to do day in, day out (whether that's meal prep, working out, de-stressing activities) and become a pro at executing them

2.) Structuring your day in such a way where you can follow the above with zero thought (this saves a lot of mental energy)

Are they seksee?

Nope.

But anyone who has a great body knows the importance of the above two.

Sure the guy who has stayed the same for 3, 5, 7 or more years believes there's a "secret". He thinks the reason his body sucks is protein timing...intra workout nutrition...the time of the day he's training...a supplement, or whatever. Those *can* work but they're not bang-for-your-euros thingies.

Take for example a simple activity:

Preparing your meals.

Nobody is gonna charge people 1,997 (services and products in Fitness always end with a "7" for some reason...) and teach them how to prep your meals

Yet how many times do somebody messes up his die.t because he didn't have a meal ready?
Probably 90% of the times.

And instead of becoming a pro at making sure that for the next 30, 60, 90 or more days he'll eat what his supposed to eat...he's off chasing another bright shinny object.

Bah!

Pick a side omorfe.

Do you want a respect-grabbing physique?

Or do you want to stay stuck in the same body for years?

Depending on your choice, your future actions will greatly influence your body.

That's why I consider it a smart idea to check my free weight loss masterclass.
