Do they want to lose weight?nnWhat would be their main goal for using your product or service?nnStep TwonnMake a list of all the features of your product or service.nnEmphasise the benefits, advantages and what makes it unique. Are there any unusual technological features or cutting-edge techniques? Is your invention or the style of the service you provide drawn from your own life experiences?nnStep ThreennConnect your customer's dreams (whether it be beauty, wealth, energy, relaxation) with the benefits of your product or service and demonstrate how your product or service can help to solve or improve their situation.nnYou could even draw lines between your two lists to connect the customer's dream or ideal in the first list with a feature or advantage in your second list.nnWhen you come to drafting your material, items from your list in Step One could form the basis of your introduction while Steps Two and Three combined can form the main content of your webpage, article or leaflet.nnExtra StepnnYou can also tell your customer how you came up with your idea, or how and when you noticed a gap in the market or briefly describe a personal life experience which inspired you to create your organisation, manufacture your product or provide your service.
