If you are pregnant, then it’s very good news for you and congratulations! Being a new mother is truly a joyful experience, but "Mother Nature" says you have to wait nine months until you get there. During this nine month journey, you have to face many problems like nausea, fatigue, and never-ending trips to the bathroom and one more important thing, stretch marks. However, it’s not an hard and fast rule that every women gets stretch marks during pregnancy, but almost 70-80% gets them. Avoiding stretch marks can be extremely challenging, but there are now several treatments available that make it much easier to do. They can appear anywhere on the body, depending on the weight gain but particularly on the breasts, upper things, buttocks and arms. One thing of most importance regarding stretch marks is that healthy skin gets least number of stretch marks. Skin that is well looked after, properly hydrated with loads of water that goes in system and proper nutrition through food are some of the factors which help in minimizing stretch marks, even if they appear. Drinking lots of water each day can help considerably.
