To change your life, you must change your life. Sounds pretty simple doesn't it? Yet people, all over the world, live each day exactly the same and become frustrated when no significant change has taken place.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different result. You might be living like this. Well, think of this as a wake-up call. No matter how much you want to be a millionaire, there is no way it will happen if you are living your life riding the sofa and poisoning your mind with a large dose of reality TV. So how do you change your life into how you really want to live?

To start, you have to examine what you have been doing day in and day out. Look at all of it - what time you wake up, what you eat for lunch, your workout regimen, the company you keep, the media and ideas you allow into your mind, and the level of productivity you are currently operating at - and that's just to name a few. If you do a thorough analysis of your current life, you will find that you are acting on ideas that are keeping you firmly planted in your comfortable little world.

Any fitness trainer will tell you that unless you change-up your workout routine, you will never see maximum results. If you limit yourself to working out 30 minutes a day, doing the same exercises, you will get results up to a certain point - and then you hit the wall. Doing the same exercises for 30 minutes won't get you into Mr. Universe shape. In order to get phenomenal results you have to "up the ante", so to speak - maintain a strict diet, workout 90 minutes 5 days a week, include cardio and yoga as well as weight training, and vary your exercises so you are constantly "shocking" your body. Well it's the same idea with your life.

Let's say you have the idea that you want to make $100,000 in the next year. The problem is that you have no idea how you are going to do it. It seems like this astronomical number that you can't even fathom how to go about obtaining. So how do you change your life to bring in this new income? Up the ante! Dive head first into your life change! Start by researching HOW people bring in a $100,000/year income. Buy a book, search Google, or purchase a program that teaches you how to generate a large income in a field you are interested in. Then, implement the new ideas into your life. There is a ton of help out there to teach you how to change your life, you just haven't been focused on the life you want to have.

You can't achieve big things in your life if you aren't willing to up the ante, do some work, and make some sacrifices. You are carrying so much dead-weight that it is weighing you down from being the massively successful person you wish you were. A lot of people are afraid of all the hard work but if you learn how to properly become successful, you will know that working smart will always trump working hard.

The good news is that you can do it. It may take some time, but as long as you set a goal, and work consistently toward achieving it, you will no doubt reach it. But you have to first realize that a major life overhaul is necessary.
