What causes anxiety in a person’s life?
Anxiety is triggered by stress in your life, a sense of constant worry and fear about the uncontrollable outside forces we encounter daily. These days stress seems to be a normal way of life, beginning at work with project deadlines or company down sizing, traffic jams, juggling between kids homework and making dinner to trying to have some kind of a social life in your busy schedules.
While environmental (exte
al stress) factors such as financial stress, work related stress, and stress with personal relationships have an impact on your life, there is also the personal factor of stress to consider. Personal factors (internal stress) are your desires such as achievements, wanting to belong and recognition from peers or loved ones. This kind of anxiety is triggered by the pressures you create upon yourself when your goals are not met in the time frame you set out.
Of course it’s natural to want to be recognized for your achievements by your loved ones and/or peers and to want to belong in a community of like minded people. But sometimes life takes unexpected turns which don’t allow you to accomplish certain things in your time frame. It almost feels as though there isn’t enough time in the day to accomplish everything you had planned.
Situations like these occur frequently between exte
al and internal stress factors affecting everyone’s life. If not treated properly from the beginning stress will escalate and could convert into anxiety leaving you with a constant sense of worry, nervousness, and even fear.
How can anxiety be prevented?
It is my belief and personal experience that stress and anxiety can be prevented by simply modifying your outlook on any situation. By changing the way you look at the problem will have an enormous impact on your life as well as your health.
There are three principal steps to take towards a new outlook in life.
1. Awareness – Become aware of what is causing you stress and anxiety. Determine whether or not you have complete control over the outcome of the situation.
2. Detachment – Detach yourself emotionally from the problem. View the situation from a non-judgmental point of view.
3. Surrender - Practice the law of least effort. Resistance will only lead you straight into the arms of stress and anxiety. Allow the natural flow of energy to go full circle.
Every time you feel like you have no control or things are not moving as quickly as you would have wanted them to, stop whatever you are doing, close your eyes and repeat to yourself “Everything is exactly as it should be; my life is in perfect order”
If you believe in the law of attraction, you know that what you most think about or put your energy on is what manifests in your life. Worrying about things you have no control over or having fear of something that hasn’t happened is only feeding negative energy to that which you are thinking thus accepting things as they are and having the knowing that everything will turn out fine will bring you a sense of peace into your life.

If the world is an illusion meant to be transcended, why does it exist at all?
To answer your question, letâs study the following words of Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan, an Enlightened being, very carefully. He says: âThis puzzle has come about on its own, governed by the laws of science. I am telling you that this world is run only by Scientific Circumstantial Evidences. In Gujarati, I call it 'Vyavasthit Shakti'... It is all run by scientific circumstantial evidences. The whole world is run by this energy. These words are not easy to understand, unless
