Transformation is a process. It is evolutionary, not revolutionary. Much in the way a caterpillar changes into a butterfly, over time and in stages, leaving an old form behind to become a new one. Transformation is accomplished by changing many beliefs, thoughts and behaviors over time. It is useful to look at the definition and root origins of this word to come to understand the Real implications of transforming your Life and how this will come to pass.

Definition: transformation; noun (yourdictionary.com)

1. transforming or being transformedn 2. ☆ Linguis.
1. the process of changing, by the application of certain syntactic rules, an abstract underlying structure into a surface structuren 2. any of the rules that derive surface structures from abstract underlying structures
Etymology: fr Latin - trans - prep.[over , across, on or to the other side of or through] + formo -are (verb) [to form , shape, fashion; to arrange, order, regulate, dispose]nnsyn·tax; nounnn 1. Now Rare: orderly or systematic arrangement
Etymology: Fr syntaxe < LL syntaxis < Gr < syntassein, to join, put together < syn-, together + tassein, to arrange:

Therefore, the definition of transformation is:

1. Latin literal - to (re)shape through, to (re)-form across or through; to (re)arrange on, over, across, through.

2. the process of changing by application of "orderly or systematic rules", an abstract underlying structure (beliefs, thoughts) into surface structure (forms or physical manifestations).

3. New: the process of changing a life by the application of orderly and systematic rules (laws), on the abstract underlying beliefs and thought structures into new (and desired) physical forms and manifestations.

In common language, then: nnto transform a life is to change the physical forms and structures (outcomes) by the orderly and systematic application of Universal Laws on the underlying belief and thought structures. In short, you have to change your mind. In fact, you have to loose your mind to gain your Mind.

Transforming a life is accomplished moment to moment, decision by decision, thought by thought, choice by choice, gradually and inevitably changing the outward structure - the life and it's forms. You should also know that this transformation is never the "end goal" but rather a lifelong and ete
al process.

Many want their lives to change, much like changing your shirt or mate. These are surface changes based on the same internal structure. Really, nothing has changed.

In fact, it is our True Nature to desire change, to want to grow and expand freely. It is our essential Nature and Who We Really Are. However, to change consciously, to choose with awareness, to recognize, acknowledge, trust and follow our own Inner Guidance is the jou
ey that few take for long. This jou
ey builds our Soul, strengthens our human character and blends our Godmind with our human-mind. Many are called, but few answer and keep answering, and keep answering, no matter what or who or when or why.

This process is done with the one supreme intention of knowing Who You Really Are, Realizing your Oneness with Source and Applying that practice moment to moment. This is the first Intention and the last Intention. Everything else is derived from this primary Intention. With that as our internal default position, we keep on. We learn; we apply; we test; we feel; we conclude and then, we choose again. We return to our default guiding intention, and willingly do it all over again, and again, and again.

The practice of Applied Spirituality is the process of transforming your life, moment to moment, by returning to your own, sovereig
Inner Guidance over and over, realizing your Oneness with Source, and living your Life from there. This makes for an amazing and wondrous life; far beyond what your human mind, separated from Source could ever have imagined, let alone designed or created. The Really Good news is that this default intention and process is quite Naturally Who You Are. This is our human nature, which is Divine.
