Stress management plays a very important role in treating anxiety disorder. Stress management techniques like meditation, yoga, deep breathing and exercises like aerobic exercise have calming effect. In treating anxiety disorder it is important to find a treatment that will work for you. If everything else fails, do not lose hope because there are alternative treatments for anxiety attacks that are gaining popularity now because they are all natural and some people find them effective.
