United States Air Force Academy embarked on a solar power project

Trina Solar Limited, leading manufacturer of mono-crystalline and multi-crystalline photovoltaic modules in China, is planning to produce an energy investment of around 800 million USD in the forthcoming three years. The international company in the next three years will aim to increase the size of their factories and foster the development process. The Chief Operating Officer of Trina Solar Limited Jifan Gao asserted that, the company is planning to stimulate the advancements and attempting to discover new technologies. The innovative technologies will be used for ameliorating the renewable energy sector and would attract many renewable energy investments from capitalists across the globe. In 2010, the Trina Solar has forecasted the solar module shipments more than one gigawatts and there would be a remarkable transformation when compared with previous year. The Trina Solar Limited has approached the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, to offer resources for the research. The solar energy projects are getting familiar these days across the world and many countries and private utilities are providing solar energy investments, for accomplishing the renewable energy project. Recently the United States Air Force Academy has rendered their support for ameliorating the solar energy sector. The solar energy project will be carried by the United States Air Force Academy and supported by utilities from the city of Colorado Springs. The project will commence with an initial investment around 18 million USD and will implement solar panels in a 30 acres land owned by the United States Air Force Academy. In the forthcoming days the project may be expanded over a 80 acre land with the financial assistance offered by the federal stimulus funds. After the implementation phase, the project would produce roughly 14 percent of the total power required by the United States Air Force Academy. Within few years the United States Air Force Academy will produce the power required for them and will not depend on other sources for power. The United States congress recently mentioned that, the clean energy project will make a remarkable transformation in the country, by providing numerous job offers and will support the long term goals formed by the administrative body of President Barrack Obama. According to the commission around 1 billion USD is allocated as energy investment and this will be segregated for companies constructing solar, wind and other renewable energy projects. Solar Energy Industries Association reported that, the energy investment program has helped many solar energy projects and fetched more than 18 billion new energy investments. The solar energy project played a pivotal role in the power sector of the United States and has produced sufficient power for more than 200,000 residential users.
