Weight loss is a complex subject for most people who do not necessarily know where to start: taking all the good things off our plate or playing sports 3 hours a day for 6 months? Not easy to adopt good behavior and especially to find what suits us. I propose today to introduce you to the benefits of a balanced diet and an emerging sport: the Hiit . The combination of these two practices will allow you to be in good shape, healthy and also lose weight without superhuman efforts.
Balanced dietr
It is not so complicated to eat well, you must listen to your desires and keep your tastes while taking care to maintain a healthy base:
Vegetables : they must be part of your main meals: lunch and dinner. The more you take, the more you lose weight, it's as simple as that. Vegetables are very low in calories because of their high water content and dietary fiber will allow you to quickly feel full. So we eat it raw and in the hot dish (pie, gratins, pan-fried, mashed potatoes, soup ...)
Starchy foods : they are at ALL meals: breakfast (bread, rusk, muesli, cereals ...), lunch and dinner. They are there to bring energy to the body thanks to the carbohydrates they contain without making you fat. We avoid the sauces that can accompany starchy foods, a piece of melted butter and a little cheese are enough.
Meat, fish or eggs : no need to eat at all meals unless you are a bodybuilder. They will provide us with the necessary proteins for the muscles, for the construction of the cells, for the proper functioning of the metabolisms. Too much of it is bad for our body. Betwee
3 and 5 times a week is a good average.
Fruits : We eat at all meals because like vegetables they remain low in calories even if they contain more sugars.
Dairy products : after weaning, they are no longer essential so we consume for fun. Be careful, they are very high in fat and therefore tend to get fat.
Fats : they are essential to the body because they provide essential fatty acids. It is good to consume more vegetable fats (vegetable oils) than animal fats (butter, fresh cream ..)
Sugar : I am only talking about added sugar: table sugar, sweets, cakes, sodas ... This sugar is NEUTILE for the body, worse, it is NEGATIVE: weight gain, appearance of diseases (diabetes type 2, cardiovascular diseases ...), tiredness ... In short, we drastically reduce our consumption of sugar and at best it is completely removed from our diet.
The sportr
When you start a diet, you can only achieve optimal results if you combine physical activity that will allow the body to spend energy and therefore calories.
However, we do not all have the time to go to sport sports, nor necessarily the means and we are not all high level athletes so we must combine efficiency and time savings. But, we know, for the body to type in our fat reserves, we must focus on endurance sports: long walk, jogging, cycling ... You must therefore provide at least 1 hour of sport per session, 3 times per week. week.
We know today that there is another way to quickly lose calories in a minimum of time: Hiit or Hight Intensity Interval training. This sport allows the body to spend a maximum of energy in a minimum of time : 7 to 30 minutes of training. The principle is based on a cardio session with various exercises that are repeated for 20 seconds with a rest of 10 seconds.
For example: 20 seconds of rope to jump then 10 seconds of rest. Either you repeat this exercise several times, or you change the exercise: squats, jumping jack, pumps, board, slots before ... Always 20 seconds of effort for 10 seconds of rest.
The originality of this practice is that the body will continue to spend energy for 24 hours after training where the rapid loss of weight. In addition, you can do the exercises at home, no need for a gym, a carpet is enough to make your session. The saving of time is optimized to the maximum.
Conclusionr
If you decide to lose weight without doing violence, I urge you to adopt a balanced diet that will keep your tastes and avoid the deficiencies of a diet too strict. The Hiit sports method will allow you to spend a maximum of calories in a minimum of time so combine with a balanced diet, you will lose weight effectively by finding a healthy and fit body.
