Energy Shake: Take a blender and blend 16 ounces of skim milk with 2 bananas, 2 tbsp low fat peanut butter plus protein powder. You will feel full of life and fresh after consuming this nutritious shake. Mango Shakes: Combine 1/2 mango and 1 cup low-fat yogurt in a blender. Put one scoop of protein powder and blend them.
