I noticed I was getting some extra kilos that I had to admit I was not too happy about them. I started looking via internet for the best weight loss diet that will help me lose weight decently. I do not like hard diets, the ones where you are supposed to eat only few vegetables and if you are like one fruit a day. I like cooking and eating in the same time. I do not believe in the weight loss medicine that tells you are going to lose 10 kilos in one week. I am more into natural solutions when it comes to my health.rnI went to the library searching for a smart book which will be able to teach me how I can lose weight in a decent and natural manner. Unfortunately that day was raining so I went only to the first bookshop that crossed my way. I could not find something to satisfy my paranoia so I went home very upset. I stood in front of the computer; I went to google and searched for some idea. For sure there must be other people having the same problem as I have so, let’s find out what they did. I found this article on how a person can lose weight by drinking tea. Honestly, I got very angry reading it: how could somebody tell me that I can lose weight drinking tea? I drink tea every morning and still I am not happy with the way I look, but having nothing better to do I continued reading. The truth was there: drinking tea, but add no sugar, no milk and drink at least 3 cups a day. Combine the tea with a healthy diet and lots of exercises. I read about types of weight loss tea. Each type of tea is unique and you should find the best one that suits yourself.rnI started doing so , I decided to go for the wu long tea and I highly recommend it. But of course, you should see and try for yourself. I prefer wu long tea and the green tea gives me some unpleasant burnings in my stomach, but otherwise I like the taste of it too. rnI think this is the best solution if you want to lose some extra weight and in the same time you want to improve your immune system and feel much more alive. Of course it is each of you who decides for themselves , I am still opened to all new suggestions that implies a natural solution for this.
