The ideal pattern is to eat at least three meals in a day. Lastly, you need to involve yourself in a regular physical activity. Exercise that is! It does not just energize you but it also alleviates stress, builds up coordination and balance, and of course, exercise does burn calories in your body.nnJust always think about your targeted weight and continue to do your routines.
