Unconscious commitments are agreements that we make with the Universe at a very young age. They are, primarily, based on how we perceive the world. For e.g., if there is a lot of chaos around you as a child, you will decide "the world is chaotic." Unconsciously, you then become committed to this world view and proceed to create it again and again until you realize what you are doing. So, how do you know what you are unconsciously committed to? It's simple. Look around. What do you have? Do you have chaos, abuse, confusion, misunderstanding...? Do you have peace, stillness, happiness, abundance? You can identify your unconscious commitments by seeing what it is in your life (typically, that you do not want). Then, what do you do about them? Once they become conscious, you can begin to re-commit to the things that you actually want in your life. That is when you can truly live into your purpose. What are your unconsious commitments?
