Share Market:- Share market is a digital market platform where shares are sell and buy its also know as Capital market. There are shares are available in the digital. Share market is divided into three segments first one is Equity or Stock market, second one Commodity market and the third one is Currency or Forex market. All these segments are further divided into segments. rnRegulatory body of Share Market:- There are two regulatory bodies of share market first one is SEBI (Security Exchange Board of India ) and the second one is RBI (Reserve Bank of India ) that regulate to share market. SEBI and RBI both regulate and control to share market.RBI mainly regulate the all Indian bank activities like repo rate, reverse repo rate, interest rate etc and SEBI control all activities of share market, its make guidelines to regulate Indian share market ie its control all activities of broker firm, Trader and investor activities and all advisories or research firm activities also control the activities of companies which are listed in share market . rnExchange of Share market:- There is two exchange of share market first one is NSE ( National Stock Exchange ) second one is BSE ( Bombay Stock Exchange ) NSE and BSE both are the benchmark where companies are listed their shares and this is the platform where any trader or investor can sell or buy the share. Factor effecting of share Market:- Economic growth:- Economic growth is one of the major factors that affect the trend of the share market, if it is positive then share market is in a bullish trend and if it is negative then share market is in a bearish trend. Its major factor that affects the share market Interest rates:- The interest rate mainly affects the share of banks for example if any bank is a rise or decrease their interest rate that affects the share price of the bank as well as also affects the share price of other banks. Related markets:- Related markets also affect the share market if global markets are down so share market may be in a downtrend Conclusion:- Share market is a digital market platform where shares are sell and buy its also know as Capital market.
