Your recurring thoughts are what make you or break you.
It is my mission to help you find your thinking patterns that catapult you to the level you want to be on. Every individual has the mental power to completely excel and even though, as a life coach I can help you for a while to achieve that determination, it is your awareness of what thoughts are recurring in your daily process of achieving your goals that say a lot about how successful you will be.
Every human being has the power to direct his thoughts. All companies can guide their employees to develop their true potential, by coaching them into acquiring the mindset that enables people to develop a clear vision of the company's goals.
It's the starting point for everyone who wishes to be successful because everything ever built, everything ever experienced, if it came from a creative process it started with a thought.
You can now start to keep a daily thought journal and observe what your recurring thoughts are. This powerful process will help you become aware of success saboteurs, those gremlins that destroy what you're in the process of building.
From that point onward you will realize what the majority of your thoughts are and it will help you to take appropriate, continuous, and goal-oriented action to implement your plan.
Your mindset is the sum total of your thoughts.
If you now still detect limiting thoughts that have been given you by good meaning friends, parents, teachers, uncles, politics, religion, or other exte
al sources, realize how powerful your mind becomes when you have acquired control over those thoughts and turned them into a really positive force.
Once you have streamlined your thinking process, you have shaped your way of thinking in such a way that your attitudes and your neurological patterns of which you are perhaps not even aware and created with them your success mindset.
Just analyze daily in the morning before getting out of bed and in the evening before you go to sleep what thoughts you are holding and categorize them into E-thoughts and L-thoughts. E for empowering/energy. L for limiting/lack.

Born in 1969 and raised Bayreuth, in German (Europe), her early education was highly focused on the performing and liberal arts. She studied piano, cross flute, and was trained as a lyrical singer. She obtained her “Abitur” in 1989, graduated from High School to study a series of University studies, of which the serendipitous route took her from Meteorology, via Psychology studies to business administration. She obtained her certification in Life Coaching at New Castle College, UK.
Her main influences in the self-development field were Dale Carnegie, Louise Hay, and the grand-master of NLP, Anthony Robbins.
She lives in Belgium with her three children. n
