Do some form of exercise everyday to improve your mood and energy, taking short walks can be helpful in this regard. Keep yourself active. Many people have found that keeping active helps lift their mood for a long time during the day. Think positively. Our actions are always a reflection of our thoughts. If you believe in something for so long it could become your reality. So to improve your reality you must adjust your thoughts.
