What would do you if you did have a passive income?

When I was young and living in Hawaii my dad decided that he wanted to learn to sail. And since he was learning he thought he might as well bring me along to learn too. At the time I thought it was some kind of torture. My dad was an air traffic controller at the Honolulu airport. Right next to the airport there is Ke'ehi lagoon. A nice protected area of water that is just perfect for beginning sailors. After a few runs on a local marina's rental sail boat that was really nothing more than a dingy with a sail, my dad bought our very own sailboat so that we could learn to race. What we bought closely resembled a pregnant surfboard with a mast and sail attached to it. It had the basic shape of a surfboard but was at least three or four times wider than a surfboard and was much thicker. We actively sailed and raced that boat for several years and it wasn't long before I really was enjoying my self. My dad went on to bigger and better sailboats. The last boat he had was a trimaran that the whole family and many friends enjoyed for a long time. A trimaran is a fairly fast three-hulled sailboat. While my dad continued to work as an air traffic controller in Honolulu, I went off to college and then became a helicopter pilot in the Army. I had not sailed in years but became enthralled with the idea of flying a hull with a Hobie cat. Soon after coming home to Hawaii, and after my stint as a helicopter pilot, I decided I just had to have a Hobie cat. It didn't take long to find a used one that was priced right. It did take some time to become a proficient sailor width my cat. But it wasn't long before I was racing at every Hobie regatta I could get to. Not only was the sailing and racing fun but the awards banquets and parties after the races were a lot of fun too. All of the above is how I came to love sailing years ago. Now I find myself dreaming of sailing again. I would love to go fly a hull again and I would love to share that with my children as my dad did with me. Additionally I have dreamed of sailing on the high seas. I would love to sail through some of the Caribbean islands or some other exotic places of the world. As soon as I get enough of that passive income in place I am going sailing again. rnWhat about you and your dreams? If you had a passive income that would provide for all of your typical living expenses with enough left over for you to do something besides go to work for income every day what would you do?
