It's not an easy answer since peoples lifestyle are different, but there are 4 important times of day to get protein. 1) The first thing in the morning. You wake up after having slept for 6-8 hours and your body has not received any nutrition during those hours. So here it is important to get some protein. 2) Before training. Scientific research has shown that a small amount of protein will help you get results faster. 3) After training. Again research has shown that a mix of carbohydrates and protein right after training gives better results. 4) Right before bedtime. Your body is going to starve for some hours, so taking a slow release protein like kasein protein will make sure aminos are getting into your muscles for many hours while sleeping.
