We've all done affirmations. Yes. We all have - that is, all of us in the self-improvement field. "I am so lovable." "I am so rich." And what does your mind say after you repeat that? "Yeah, right", or something sarcastic like that. Or, "Are you kidding me? You're not rich!" The idea behind affirmations is that if you repeat it enough times a day - say, 100 times a day - you will start believing it and then manifesting it. Well, how has it worked for you? If you are tired of it or fed up and frustrated, let me propose to you an alternative. Right now, I'd like you take out a pen and notebook and answer the following questions below. Give at least 5 answers to each question every day for a week either in the morning when you wake up or before you sleep at night. And then see what has happened for you during the week. You will be very surprised and delighted at the results. When answering the questions, really FEEL your answers too. Feel how much you have lightened up and relaxed in your body. Feel how your heart has opened. Ok, here are the questions: 1. Why is it so easy and so okay for me to have, do and be anything I want? 2. Why do I Love Me? 3. Why do I have so many Loving Mirrors in My Life? 4. Why do I take responsibility for gaining the support I need? 5. Why do I have the courage to ask for the support I need? 6. Why am I Always in the right place at the right time with the right people? 7. Why do I gain and give support in equal measure? 8. Why do so many great people support me? 9. Why do I attract so many leaders to my business? 10. Why do I have permission to be Who I Really Am? 11. Why do I have so much to give to my friends, my family, the people in my life and the world? 12. Why does everyone in my life love me so much? 13. Why do I smile and laugh every day? 14. Why am I so happy right now? 15. Why is my heart so open right now?
