Are you one of those people that has that entrepreneurial itch? How old were you when you first saw symptoms? Did you have your own lemonade stand or paper route? As you got older, did you notice how businesses could improve? I have had that itch for a long time. Over the years my husband and I have tried so many times to improve our lifestyle. Do you know what I mean? We have tried LOTS of different things. Most of them, we should have just pushed money through the shredder! We could very easily beat ourselves up over the amount of money, time and energy we have spent chasing the American dream of living a lifestyle of independence and freedom. I will say this in our defense; we have learned a lot and consider ourselves graduates of the school of hard knocks. Are you a graduate too? Our vehicle of choice up to now has mostly been multi-level marketing, most commonly known as MLM, network marketing or "that thing that went through town". If you are currently an MLM'er no offense intended. I hope you are making more than you are spending, and still have family and friends that speak to you. Let's see, I usually don't like to think about this, as in this case I am a strong proponent of denial, but let's review our infamous history with MLM's. I won't mention company names, but if you are one of the legions that have tried also, you will know what I'm talking about. There has been soap (and lot's of other products included), long distance, makeup (multiple times), vitamins (a couple different times) and educational materials. You know the image of the hawkers that have the trench coat? They stand on the corner in the dark under a street lamp and yell out, "I've got make- up, I've got vitamins, I've got CD's. Come and geeeet it!" Yeah, that's what I feel like. I decided to try the traditional route. I finally decided to do medical billing from home (at first) which did well. The problem was that I had ended up buying myself a job and working on average 60+ hours a week! That's another blog. After years of experience, blood, sweat and tears, here is the #1 reason I will NEVER get involved with another multi-level marketing opportunity. Nobody was willing to put in as much time and effort as we were. That's it. There are other reasons, for instance: I do not ever want to chase friends and family again.rnI hate direct selling.rnI will never do cold calling again.rnI do not want to stock products and make deliveries.rnI want family and friends to come for the holidays.rnI do not want to feel like my success is based on what someone else does, or does not do.rnI do not want to have to convince someone to change their buying habits.rnMost American's are lazy and spoiled.rnI don't say American's are lazy and spoiled lightly. It hurts me. This country was founded on entrepreneurship and we need to go back to that foundation. People come from around the world to be able to live in the land of the free and home of the brave, and start their own businesses. We have opportunity here like no other place on earth. Unfortunately, so many Americans moan and groan that they want to change the way they live, but they aren't willing to do anything about it. Yet, they complain that others are coming in and taking the jobs they don't want, and starting businesses. They want fast results for no money. It's crazy! We have an "Easy Button" culture. Eh, this is for another blog too! So what is a business-lover without a business to do? It's tricky. You want something that has: Franchise systems without the typical cost of a franchisernSomething you can be passionate aboutrnComprehensive training availablernTakes advantage of fastest growing trendsrnLeverages automationrnNot heavily employee dependentrnDo you get the idea? Franchises are great because they have step by step systems or blueprints for success, but have you priced any proven franchises lately? Heck, if I had that kind of money I wouldn't need to do anything! Just kidding, but you know what I mean? Well, I can finally say I have found my forever business. No more MLM's or Network marketing for me! No more depending on someone else's efforts to be successful. Hallelujah! I found an online training academy for internet marketing. Once you go digital you won't ever go back! The internet has changed the way we do everything! Now is the time to learn how to use the internet to become not self-employed, but to become a real entrepreneur. I am loving it because I have not only learned how to market big ticket items online, but what it takes to develop a legitimate entrepreneurship. Anyone with a love for entrepreneurship, who's not afraid of hard work, who is willing to invest time and money for 6-12 months can live a lifestyle by design. I am excited for my future, can you tell? And the best part? I don't have to do ANY selling one on one! I can't help but smile as I type this! I love business, but I hate selling! I like the program I am working with particularly because I can earn while I learn, but I don't have to close any sales! It's all done for me. Having done the brick and mortar thing, MLM's and Network Marketing, this was HUGE for me! Anyway, if you want to know more about what I am doing and why, check it out by clicking the button below. But hey, if you aren't entrepreneurial minded, or are looking for a get rich quick kind of deal don't bother. It's not for you. http://livingwellforsuccess.com/nomoremlmforme www.livingwellforsuccess.com
