A personal problem needs a personal solution, after all. This means that your source of inspiration and motivation needs to be something that means the most to you. Whether it concerns your health or your appearance isn't important. For some people, working out alone can be challenging. While some people prefer working out alone, others are naturally happier when around others. Look into joining a club if you're more of a social fitness enthusiast. You may find it helpful to find a safe place where you can be around others. After finding a place, choose the exercise that appeals to you the most. Something in you will feel more satisfied when you're around others but not actually socializing with them. You will be confronted with motivation issues that are peculiar to women as you continue with your work outs. You can help yourself by doing some research and learning what you can about this issue.
