Work at the Office Versus Working from Home

If you currently work at the office you know there are good points and bad points. The good points are you will be surrounded by people to talk to. The bad point about being surrounded by people at the office is you will have to put up with the office politics. The office politics can really make your life terrible. You may dread going to work. The people that complain about their job, they complain about other people and your boss really gets tiring. You wish you could tell the other people that constantly talk negative to stop. You know you cannot do this or you will become their next victim. So instead, you sit and listen to yet another complaint, another rumor and another dig against your boss. If you work at home you will not have to deal with any of this as you will be working alone. Your stress level will be minimal to nothing at all. You can sit in your office and quietly get your work done. No hearing other co-workers complain and whine through your office cubicle. The thought of this makes you smile. When you work at home, if you are worried you will not have enough contact with other people, do not worry, you will. You can call your friends and family to meet you for lunch or dinner. You can call people on your free time when you want to. You will be talking and spending time with the people you want to spend time with, not the office whiner. When you work at the office you get to sit by and watch the bosses pet get under your skin and last nerve. He or she may even take credit for work you do and work your co-worker’s complete. This can be extremely frustrating to you and others in the office. You know you are a hard worker and only want a little appreciation shown from time to time. How can this happen when the bosses pet is always around and taking credit for everything? When you work from home you will not deal with this silly yet annoying behavior from others.
