Write Life ACTUAL versus Plan

Writing a plan versus actual for a business is customary. How about writing a “life ACTUAL” instead of a plan? It’s about visualizing your life as you want it, but as if it’s happening. Instead of planning, make it actually happen by visualizing it actually happening. It is meditation, visualization, and the Law of Attraction all at its best.rnIt’s not a difficult process; in fact it’s quite easy. The challenge is moving away from ‘lack of’ and shifting your focus to that which you desire and want. If you desire a new Lexus RX Hybrid, don’t just wish for it, visualize purchasing it, driving it, washing it, and filling it with fuel. Take fifteen minutes each day in quite meditation and visual yourself as the owner and occupant of that vehicle. Remove all doubt and negative talk. For example “I’ll never have enough for that vehicle.” This puts negative thoughts and energy out to the universe and squashes your desire to own this vehicle. Additionally, go beyond just saying “I want a Lexus RX Hybrid.” Act as if you already own it.rnThe same is true in your relationships, your health, your career, etc. If you desire a six-figure income, spell it out in writing. Vision boards are excellent tools for visualization. Taking it a step further, how about writing a Life ACTUAL? Use the text writer of your choice and write it out in detail. For example: My income is equal to or greater than $100,000. How about drawing a picture of your bank account with repeated deposits of large sums of money?rnThe universe is abundantly available – go for the moon! It’s a full moon today, why not make your plan today and let the moon empower it? Sounds fishy? Try it. Write out your desires in detail and place it in your window today, one which receives the full moon’s luster. Let the moon energize your plan. Again, state it as if it’s already happening – as if you’re living it now. “My income is equal to or greater than $100,000.”rnNow, challenge yourself to think of your other desires and place it on your vision board or your written Life ACTUAL. If you have specific benchmarks and goals for your business, spell it out for the universe to hear and see. If you want to take it another step further, consider a crystal grid for your manifestations. There are various grid formations from which to choose. It’s another opportunity to focus your attention on that which you desire based on your beliefs. You place symbolic crystals in a specific format to activate the manifestation. You could place them on your Life ACTUAL to empower it further. Work with your Reiki Master or another energy professional for assistance in clearing and empowering the crystals.rnYou beliefs are important as they have the power to limit you. If you feel you do not deserve that which you desire, you will minimize the effectiveness of these tools and your manifestation. Again, act as if you have already obtained these desires – picture yourself in the role. Furthermore, be careful with your actions. It’s one thing to visualize having an income of $100,000; it’s another to buy that new Lexus RX Hybrid now on a $20,000 a year salary. Be smart about your actions – “don’t count your chickens before they hatch.” Instead, visualize, meditate, journal, grid, and feel the energy of your desired life.
