As summer comes around once again and you joyously shed your winter wear and soak in the sunshine outdoors—be aware of the hidden dangers of baring it all. Some experts say about a 1/3 of a teaspoon to a teaspoon depending on your skin and sensitivity.

While this may be true, adding moisturizer to your daily beauty routine helps replenish the nutrients that are required to keep your skin elastic and supple. Moisturizers normally consist of creams, oils and plant extracts that are instantly absorbed into the skin and keep it healthy and soft. A good moisturizer will never make your skin oily or cause break-outs.
