Sleeping in the right way also gives you the energy to perform well on your duties. • Healthy relationships: maintaining healthy relationships both at work and home ensures that you have a positive outlook towards life. Having good friend and family around you remain in a good and healthy attitude. • Take more water: water helps to keep you alert and in the cleansing process. Your body accumulates toxins which the water helps in removing from your body. Water also improves the circulation of blood and therefore it fights fatigue. • Laugh and smile: laughing and smiling helps to relieve tension and anxiety. You also overcome your worries when you laugh often. Watch a funny program or listen to an interesting program that will make you laugh or any other thing that makes you laugh. • Get more sunshine: basking under the sun does not only make us feel good, you also gain in form of the vitamin D nutrient. The sun facilitates the release of endorphins, which are secreted from the pituitary gland. These are responsible for the good and energetic feelings that we feel. • Reduce Stress: Have free times with friends and family and enjoy quality time with them. That will relieve you from the every day stress which is good for your health. Learn to sit properly at work, in the car and at home as this will protect your spine from stress. • Wash your hands: washing your hands more often using antibacterial soap ensures that most of the germs are killed. Most germs and diseases are transmitted through contact.
