  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powdern
  • 1/4 cup raw sugarn
  • 2 tablespoons white sugarn
  • 1/2 cup skim (or rice) evaporated milkn
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extractn
nChocolate Sauce PreparationnWhisk together cocoa, raw sugar, and white sugar a in a medium-sized bowl. Slowly pour in rice milk or skim milk to make a paste. Mix and remove lumps. Transfer saucepan and bring to a low boil over low heat, keep stirring this mixture. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Transfer chocolate sauce to fondue pot and keep heated.nnOPTION 2 Raw Chocolate Saucen

  • A pinch of ground cinnamonn
  • 1/2 Tsp of vanilla extractn
  • 2 Tbls of evaporated cane juicen
  • 1/4 Cup of agave syrupn
  • 6 Tbls of unsweetened raw cocoa powder or carob powdern
  • 1 ripe avocadon
  • Raw Chocolate Sauce Preparationn
  • Mix up this mixture until smooth. Enjoy a RAW Chocolate fruit fondue!n
