Alex Race
Alex Race Quick Facts
Alex teaches and practices Qigong and Daoist meditation in the greater Sacramento Califo ia area. Alex quickly found out many years ago that he's been a Daoist all his life without knowing. Daoism resonates with him due to it's simplicity and effectiveness in explaining how the universe (which includes us people!) works.
Qigong practice has opened him up to a new world of health, healing and spiritual development. With each consecutive day, the practice unfolds, revealing more and more secrets of the true nature of things, and removing the veil of false beliefs that are perpetuated through this world.
In a time where the world seems out of balance, Alex is able to find balance in his everyday life. His goal is to teach people to connect with themselves, which will allow them to connect with nature, and to let their practice flow over into their everyday life.
The truth behind Qigong practice is that the principles need to carry over from our practice and effect our daily lives for the better. Feel free to contact me anytime regarding Qigong, Daoism or Meditation

It certainly improves our immune system, reduces stress, and allows us to be more spiritually aware.
