Barbara A Guiney is the author of Natural Options, former radio talk show host, international lecturer, consultant, counselor, and researcher in natural healthcare for more than 30 years. For decades, she has incorporated her extensive experience, training, and knowledge as she travels the world inspiring and empowering people to enjoy better wellbeing! Barbara has trained with and been certified as a Primordial Sound Meditation teacher by Dr. Deepak Chopra for over a decade. She has also trained and been certified by Dr. Doreen Virtue as a Certified Spiritual Counselor; Dr. Eric Pearl as a Reconnection and Reconnective Healer; as a NLP practitioner and Eriksonian Hypnotherapist. Barbara is the creator of Soul Energy Clearing (SEC) and co-creator of Universal Balancing and Link (UB & ULink) which are both based on her years of training and research in the mind/body/soul healing area. She has 2 CD’s entitled, Universal Law and Universal Lore. The basis for her practice is the belief that we can reduce our stress and enhance our lives by making better daily choices. She has seen her clients’ lives improve after learning to listen to that inner voice that we all hear; that inner voice that speaks to our passion in life. After learning simple methods to follow what makes our heart sing, we become empowered and are rewarded with health and joy in our lives. However, many times we are unable to hear that inner voice because we are blocked by the negativity we are carrying from our past. Barbara offers options on how to remove the negativity in order to live the life of our dreams.
