Cecelia Yap Quick Facts

My passion is exercise, health, fitness and eating the right kind of food.

I have been an avid exerciser since a teenager.

I now do cardio exercise, Pilates, stretching and strength exercises 3-4 times per week, to keep my body in fit and healthy condition. And of course eating the right kind of food too to balance my health and well-being.

I am now into sharing with others what works and what doesn't about exercise at my website: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com

It contains lots of useful and insightful information, advice and guides on exercises, fitness, weight loss, healthy diet, calories, metabolism, body fat and much, much more.

I am also a top contributor in Yahoo Answers Forum, in the "diet & fitness" category, sharing and helping forum members in all sorts of "woes" and "perplexities" regarding exercise, diet and health.
