Serving women who are looking to redefine and rediscover themselves is the purpose of life coach Debra Sledge through Deborah 4 Greatness, her Christian life coaching service. Sledge’s company is named for the Biblical figure Deborah; like Deborah, Sledge offers inspiration and a sense of purpose and renewal that helps individuals progress in their lives. The focus of Deborah 4 Greatness is to work with women and remind them of their greatness, purpose and vision and to go with them as they move forward. In addition to working with women, Sledge also works with parents struggling with their teens and with parental skills. Services offered include life coaching on a monthly and as needed basis, a monthly Teleseminar Series focusing on topics related to values, vision and passion, and annual Spiritual Retreats where participants take part in guided workshops with time for reflection and reconnection. At the end of the day, Sledge wants her clients to see their worth, make things happen and move to the next level of living and create forward movement in their relationships, careers, spiritual and financial areas. Women ultimately take away the ability to prioritize their lives. Sledge has been married thirteen years, has three daughters, several grandchildren and resides in Hyde Park, NY.
