Over 25 million people are estimated to have a fear of flying. But what you don't know is that I was once part of that 25 million group. When I was younger I had a terrible fear of flying mainly because I had all these negative thoughts from a previous accident I saw on the news. It was American flight 191 that crashed at Chicago's Ohara Airport in 1979. Someone happen to capture a picture of that airplane prior to impact. It was that picture that gave me my initial fear of flying.
