Karen Sikorski

I am a licensed massage therapist and recently opened my own therapeutic massage office in Elbridge, NY. I graduated valedictorian of my class in June 2007 from Onondaga's School of Therapeutic Massage 1000-hour program. I have also taken a course entitled Massage Stategies for the Depressed Client and have trained in CranioSacral Therapy I and II. In February 2009, I will be training in Somatoemotional Release, the third training level of CranioSacral Therapy. I whole heartedly believe in the therapeutic benefits of massage and in the ability of the body to heal itself.

In 1989 I began work as an Occupational Therapist working in a variety of settings and with ages birth to the elderly. I then took time off to raise my 2 beautiful daughters before entering OSTM for my second career.

My goals are to become certified in CranioSacral Therapy, to receive training in energy work, like Reiki, and to further explore the benefits of "tapping".
