This workshop will show you how to use visualization to envision you ideal situation, and use that imagery as motivation for manifesting your own unique vision of the future.

Striving Toward That Elusive
Work-Life Balance

Our lives are busy, with many demands pulling our attention and energy in different directions. As a result, we often feel out of balance. And while we often struggle to stay on our toes, life is dynamic, with constantly changing ebbs and flows. So, while it may not be possible to achieve perfect balance in our lives, we can learn to work more perfectly toward it. Through this workshop, you will learn how to tap into your innate strengths, set priorities, and reframe your thinking in order to achieve greater balance, and make room for the things that are most important.

Self Care Is Like Oxygen

Taking time out for self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. Just as every airline safety demonstration reminds us to make sure we have our oxygen masks securely in place before attempting to help others, taking care of our basic needs is essential to being our best selves, for us as well as those around us. Through this workshop, you will learn simple relaxation techniques, and how to make self-care a priority so that you achieve greater happiness and effectiveness in your life.

Healthy Habits for a Hectic Life

There just doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day to do everything you need to do, and it can feel like an added stress when you try to integrate healthy habits into your already hectic schedule.
