Using modalities such as EFT, Reiki, and Bodywork, I am a healing facilitator. Your body already has all the power it needs to heal itself.

I have my Bachelor's from College of Charleston in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology in 2000. After dabbling in numerous businesses, I fell in love with massage and obtained my certificate and license in 2006. Around that same time, I became a Reiki Master and an EFT Practitioner. EFT is now my healing method of choice, as it healed my son's severe GERD, and my own postpartum depression and anxiety. I am on a mission to spread healing and self acceptance to other women and young mothers so that they may be empowered to love themselves as they love their children. This is the way that we provide our best for our children, by caring for the ones they depend upon.
