My background has involved numerous areas of study and exploration, including training and experience with EFT, The Emotion Code/Body Code, Access Consciousness and The Bars Certification, TM and the TM-Sidhi program, Levels I & II of Science of Mind, The Work by Byron Katie, Levels I & II of Dr. Yuen’s Energy Medicine, Reiki I & II, 6 yrs. with E. T. Earth Mission, extensive involvement with A Course in Miracles, as well as working with Mind Movies, Ho'oponopono, The One Command and other tools for conscious creation. I've also spent many years studying the esoteric science of astrology, and have created a special Saturn/North Node report for those seeking a better understanding of the spiritual challenges and opportunities they are working with this lifetime.

In addition, I have spent years researching a number of areas having to do with health and nutrition, and have written a book titled A Healthier You From the Inside Out, which includes cleansing/detoxing routines, valuable health tips, and resources to support greater overall health and well-being. I have also published a workbook designed to increase spiritual awareness, evoke more of your true identity, and assist in the actualization of your heart's desires. It's titled Vision Writing: Composing & Creating the Life You Were Meant to Live and contains information, exercises, inspirational quotes, and a vision format--all geared to support the process of conscious creation and Self-realization. The workbook also serves to introduce the reader to a number of other techniques and technologies that focus on spiritual development and the manifestation process.

I am also an artist and have created visionary paintings representing archetypal energies and aspects of our larger identities. My watercolors serve as “doorways” or portals for accessing inter-dimensional information and activating your inner knowing. They can be used as meditative focal points, to catalyze shifts in consciousness, and to uplift the energetic frequency of your home or work environment. A set of 7 “Emissaries of Awakening”, computer-generated mini-prints based on some of my most popular paintings, can be purchased on the All One Together website. Several original watercolors are also available for purchase.
