Train in your NYC Apartment Building Gym with an In Home Personal Trainer
Many residential apartment or condo buildings in New York City have private fitness training studios or exercise rooms set up with free weights, benches, cardiovascular machines and anything else you'd need to get a great workout in the luxury of your own home .If you have an exercise room, gym, or fitness studio in your NYC apartment building, you can have a private in home personal trainer come to work with you. It saves you the travel time and membership fees of NYSC, Equinox, David Barton Gym, Crunch or any other large health club chain. Plus the quality of personal trainers who work independently is typically (but not always) superior to the trainer who works for a major Health Club chain. Some of the New York City residential building gyms I've worked in are the Element, and the Magellan in Mid-town and 95 Wall St. in the Financial district among various others in Midtown East, Tribeca, and Lower Manhattan. Buildings like the Element have all the health and fitness amenities of a large gym like a squash court, basketball court, pool, and sauna located on a lower level. Some others like 95 Wall, have a fully equipped fitness training studio located near the top floor, have a better view, roof access for more scenic and possible outdoor roof-top workouts. Others like the Magellan are quaint, quiet, private access workout rooms. Every Manhattan apartment building gym, studio, or workout room I've trained clients in had everything I needed to give the client a great training session, which makes working with an in home personal trainer in your NYC condo or apartment building a great option to joining a gym.
