1. Drink lemon water, preferably warm, to alkalinize body's ph and cleanse the liver.
2. Eat frequent small meals during the day with ample vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, fish, and leave 3 hrs after last small meal before sleeping.
3. Plan to sleep 7-8 hrs without any lights on (including LED clocks) because we need the protection of melatonin production by the pineal gland in the brain and it only is made in complete darkness
4. Work hard with passion, and play equally hard with passion.
5. Make love (and if no partner, with yourself) at least twice weekly, as it is known to prevent cancer.
6. MEDITATE, MEDITATE, MEDITATE, at least 15-20 minutes daily, preferably before starting your day to keep you in the moment. (Remember the Buddha said that ALL suffering comes from living in the past, or in the future, and MEDITATION retools your hard drive to keep you IN THE MOMENT.)
7. Move your beautiful buns, at least 20-30 minutes five times weekly with walking, weightlifting, or swimming.
8. LEARN HOW TO SAY THE MOST POWERFUL WORD--"NO"--and do not give your power away.
9. Fill your cup FIRST before giving to everyone else. Choose to look at the glass half FULL instead of half empty.
10. Most importantly: love unconditionally, forgive, and be compassionate to those who have wronged you.
