With everyone talking about juicing for cancer, you probably want to know how you can get started. Cancer is occurring at a frightening rate in the 21st century. It is impossible to go a week without hearing about someone being diagnosed with cancer or dying with cancer. And if cancer strikes, what are the solutions?   • 1 medium sized beetroot
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 2cm of ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric
  • A dash of cayenne pepper

  • 2cm piece of ginger
Like the title, this juice goes bang. With the beetroot and spinach, it's loaded with iron. Iron strengthens the blood, making this a wonderful juice to keep the blood clean and free of cancerous toxins. The broccoli brings vitamin C, which is necessary to properly assimilate the iron. All in all, this baby is fantastic if you're juicing for cancer. Make sure you've got a big bench, as this juice is BIG. Wash everything (not with soap silly!) and then chop into nicely sized pieces. After giving your juicer some electricity (meaning, turn it on!), juice everything, going in whichever order you prefer. This recipe makes a lot of juice, so if you get leftovers, save them in the fridge. However, be sure to finish it that day, or the benefits of juicing for cancer will rapidly decline. 4. The Mean Green Iron Machine
  • 1 beetroot
  • 4 - 5 spinach leaves
  • 1 broccoli stalk
Again, lots of iron in this juicing for cancer recipe, meaning it's great for purifying the blood and preventing cancer. 5. Immune Kickstarter
  • 4 large carrots
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 2 garlic cloves
Parsley prevents cancer, assists with anemia, baldness as well as actively purifying the blood. With the raw, live nutrients in this tasty juice, cancer won't stand a chance. 6. Pineapple Pickup
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 1/2 a pineapple
  • Handful of ice
This is the perfect recipe for a hot, summer's day. It's refreshing and totally revitalizing. The pineapple is loaded with calcium, potassium and vitamin C.
