Hill sprints are one of the best outdoor fitness workouts. It’s an intense workout to burn off fat in a speedy manner. 10-20 minutes a day and this workout can help you in shedding off the extra kilos in no time. The best part about this workout is that it can actually make you feel more energized rather than fatigued. 3. Rope jumping also called skipping
