Such was the case a few weeks ago. My wife and I were struggling with some personal issues. It seems like every piece of news that we heard was negative. Our normally buoyant spirits were dropping like a lead balloon. It was out of character. It was damn scary, truth be told.

A few days past and we finally began to see the light at the end of the tunnel. As our spirits lifted, an idea sprung forth.

"Let's teach people how to both lift their spirits in moments of despair and as much as possible, avoid moments of despair."

The 108 Day Project was born and is now being experienced by many.

It is new. It is free and it is life altering. Sign up to receive a daily email with a special message to help self and to help others.
