13 Spiritual Hacks to Strengthen Your Relationship Part II

It’s normal for all relationships to have low and high points. Open and honest communication can help you get back on track. But if that hasn’t helped, we have some unique options for you.
It’s best to try these suggestions together, but it’s ok if that’s not possible; changing your perception of your partner and your relationship will make a difference.
Clear Your Energy
What would your home look like if you never cleaned it? Just like your living space, your energy field benefits from a regular cleaning too. Relationship problems can be the result of unseen influences like negative energy or lost souls. You’ll both feel less combative and more loving once you remove the spiritual garbage and regularly protect yourself.
Forgive
Forgive yourself and your partner for everything (on a regular basis, since forgiveness is an ongoing process). It’s not about letting someone off the hook, but releasing yourself from the heavy burden of guilt or resentment.
“It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself, to forgive. Forgive everybody.” Maya Angelou
Have The Courage To Love Unconditionally
It’s not always easy to love your partner as they are, but doing so will create more harmony. Accept that they may never live up to your expectations of what a partner should be like. Accept that this relationship is also a spiritual exercise for you, and it’s as much about your learning and growth as your partner’s.
“I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love. For me, they are the role model for being alive.” Gilda Radner
Use Your Free Will Wisely
You can’t control fate, but you can use your free will to react to it and your partner as best you can. Regular meditation will help you stay calm and focused and react more like a sage instead of a tyrant. Taking time apart and doing your own thing will also help; it’s not healthy to do couple activities all the time and be together 24 hours a day, every day.
“Life is like a game of cards. The hand you are dealt is determinism; the way you play it is free will.” --Jawaharlal Nehru
Cherish Your Partner And Relationship
Focus on and be grateful for all the good things, and watch your blessings multiply.
Enjoy Nature
Some time at the beach or a walk in the woods will enhance your connection to spirit and state of mind.
Accept That No Match Is Perfect
When your relationship is at a low point, remind yourself that all relationships have positive and negative periods and aspects.
Realize That Compatibility Isn’t Up To You
Authentic compatibility is either there or it isn’t, and it existed between you two before you even met in this life. Don’t beat yourself up if it’s not the greatest. An exceedingly harmonious, innate connection is the most important for happiness and relationship longevity, yet it’s not very common. It’s also very different than superficial compatibility, which is about similar interests and preferences.
If you feel like you’ve done all you can to fix your relationship but it’s still causing you both too much unhappiness, remember that a successful long-term relationship has a lot to do with fate, and they’re not always fated for everyone. This means you can be a wonderful person, do all the right things, and still be unhappy in your relationship. After all, the spiritual reasons for relationships are often about personal and spiritual growth, and we learn the most through challenges.
While the tips above will help you create more harmony in your relationship, there’s only so much you can do. You have free will to make the most of situations, but when two people don’t have inherent compatibility, the relationship will be an uphill struggle most of the time.
Once you realize and accept this, it can be easier to let go, accept each other, and deal with the differences. Also, accepting the notion that an ideal soul mate relationship is rare can also make it easier when your relationship isn’t measuring up to that fantasy.

What does it mean to be selfless, and how can someone become more selfless in life?
According to the spiritual science of Akram Vignan, the meaning of âselflessâ is to live oneâs life for the sole purpose of serving others, by whatever means one can and according to oneâs skill set and ability; and to do so without expecting anything whatsoever in return. Param Pujya Dadashri, the founder of Akram Vignan, makes us understand how every living beingâs life should be, through an illustration of the tree: âDo any of the fruit trees eat their own frui

How to Donate?
Worrying that your money will be used up cannot preoccupy you. Whatever money is spent is fine. The spending of money is encouraged because it destroys your greed and allows you to keep giving. Upyoga is awareness. When you do something auspicious or give to charity, give with the awareness and intent that others will benefit from your donation. Give anonymously in order to avoid fame.
