If you have gained weight, it must be clearly indicating that you have lessened your physical work. It does not mean getting to a heavy schedule of work out sessions as it will make you tired. Get a trainer for specific details because he will help you to know which exercises should be done to focus on a specific part. Also start running and other cardio exercises.

Lower the calorie intake

It is time to say good bye to the fried and junk food. It has become the favourite of the present generation but is not good for health. Such food contains unnecessary calories which just get accumulated in the body as fat.

Drink water

Drinking water helps to keep away the dehydration and it also helps in the proper digestion of the food in the body. Hence it flushes out the extra part of the body which may be harmful.

Include green vegetables

Green vegetables do not contain fat and unnecessary fat rather they have more of vitamins and mineral which in no way are going to increase your fat. Instead, they will help to reduce it without costing any nutritive fact.

Reduce the animal fat

Animal fat present in meat increase the fat very fast. It should be avoided for sure if one is aimed at losing fat.

Vary your diet and food intake

It is not necessary to follow a routine for your diet as well. Losing fat is going to take few months and is not a matter of few days. You can vary your calorie intake so that you are not even frustrated at the whole process.

No need to skip meals

Do not skip meals if you think that is going to help. It will make you hungrier and that will be a tough task to resist.

Take smaller meals

Split your diet to 5-6 times a day so that it is quite easier to digest completely the food and there is no extra storage.

Increase the protein content

The protein content helps to retain the muscle mass and helps to develop them. Mere exercising will lose your mass but will not develop them.

Drink coffee at times

Drinking coffee also helps many people as it increases the metabolism. It is due to the caffeine present in it. However, one should consult dietician before sticking to this fact.

Eat light before going to bed

It is necessary before being on bed is not related to physical task. Taking rest with heavy food intake also can increase the fat storage in body.

Do not leave the favourite ones

You do not need to leave your favourite food. All you need to do is to control yourself from the excess of it.

Intake of carbohydrates

Take potatoes or rice which good in carbohydrates before you are going for workout. The physical work will help to digest them easily.

Be motivated

Last but not the least; you need to be motivated towards your target. Losing weight is not eating a piece of cake. You need to be patient for the results.
