Dose - Normal dose of dried fruit and seeds is from 6 to 15 grams daily. The fruits and seeds can be eaten dried or raw. And a tea can also be made by taking 5 grams of the fruit or seeds and steeping it in a cup of boiling water for 15 minutes and drinking. As I always recommend with all herbs, supplements, and medications they should only be used for 7 to 10 days and then take a week off and then repeat if needed.
Side Effects - Cnidium fruit is NOT TOXIC and there are no side effect if taken in normal doses. But as always those who are pregnant, nursing, or small children should not take Cnidium fruit.
